The easiest Malaysian curries, Ayam Masak Lemak has been turned keto!
Directly translated Ayam means chicken, Masak means cook and Lemak means fat. Typically when something is described as lemak(fat), it means the dish is creamy.
Originally, Masak Lemak refers to a proetin that’s cooked in coconut milk and tumeric.

I trust the video was enjoyable.
I am the blogger of this site, Andrew Dass, and the ketogenic way of life is helping me in a big way. This isn’t only fantastic for undeniably life-changing slimming, but the benefits don’t stop there.
I just find that I feel “lighter” in all areas of life… relationships, business, mood, etc.
When you’re eating delicious foods that fill you up and keep you full, it’s pretty easy not to stray.
Always seek the advice of your doctor or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a proposed diet or nutrition program.
I just share keto videos from YouTube here.
I hope you are inspired and entertained by the people who have shared their time and experience with us here.
