Great keto spiced nut mix quick and easy to make by Dr. Berg and Karen
The keto nut mix can be added to your salads, ice cream and even consumed at the end of a meal.
The ingredients for the keto spiced nut mix.
1 egg white
2 Tbsp no-sugar maple syrup (See Recipe)
2 cups pecans
½ cup whole raw almonds
½ cup walnut halves
½ Cup sugar substitute (keep in mind your taste and the type of sweetener. May need more or less. Read label)
1 tsp salt
3rd of a cup of coco powder
1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp cardamom or clove
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp cayenne pepper
